Upon donating to springbreakcityusa.com, you are agreeing to the following terms
and conditions, which are subject to change at any time without notice.
1.All Pass Port Subscription fees are non-refundable. Pass Port/access fees will
appear on your credit card statement from PayPal.
2. The fees you pay for membership is for verifying your age. "If you have a
credit card, you are presumed to be over the age of 18". You are not buying
anything! If you are over 18, you are being granted access to view vacation
pictures.
3.Membership/Pass Ports may not be transferred, or designated for use by any
other person or entity. If your account is given out to anyone else, or used by
numerous users, you will be billed $100.00 per use, per person.
4.Members realize that there $2.00 donation provides them with one Pass Port
which they are to solely use for there own enjoyment. A members $2.00 Pass Port is valid
on average for 1 to 15 days.
5.Disclaimers: No warranty is made by Spring Break City USA regarding any
aspect of membership/Pass Port.
6.Notices from Spring Break City USA to members are given by means of posting
in member and non-member areas.
7. Spring Break City USA makes no warranty as to picture quality or speed of
access or download time.
8. Photographs on this site are the property of Spring Break City USA and my
not be re-distributed without the expressed written consent of
Spring Break City USA. The photographs are available for your personal use and
enjoyment only.
9. We have nor use any professional models. All photographs have been taken in
the public domain.
10. Members are responsible for saving there member id and pass word. A replacement will not be
given for any reason.
11. Accounts re-new at the sign-up price $2.00.
12. Members accessing our site with there Pass Port agree unconditionally
to all terms.
13. Spring Break City USA
may at any time terminate the Pass Port portal without notice for any reason.
